A leading multidisciplinary architecture and engineering firm in Longview, Texas is seeking a Senior Project Architect to take a key leadership role in its growing design team. What You’ll Do
  • Lead the architectural design process from concept through construction for major industrial projects.
  • Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams, consultants, and clients.
  • Oversee production and quality control of detailed construction documents.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and accessibility requirements.
  • Mentor and guide junior architects and designers.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver integrated, high-quality design solutions.




What We’re Looking For
  • Registered Architect (RA) — Texas licensure or ability to obtain reciprocity.
  • 15+ years of experience in architecture, with a strong focus on industrial, manufacturing, or complex commercial projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication, technical, and organizational skills.
