Senior Project Architect
A Los Angeles–based multidisciplinary studio delivering architecture, landscape, and interior design services with a focus on integrated, people-centered spaces and thoughtful adaptive reuse is seeking a Senior Project Architect and lead High-End Residential projects while collaborating with a dynamic team of architects, designers, and consultants at their Los Angeles office.
Your day includes:
- Managing multiple projects, serving as the primary client contact.
- Overseeing project development from concept through construction.
- Ensuring technical excellence in construction documentation and design standards.
- Mentoring junior team members and supporting project delivery.
- Collaborating with project managers to meet deadlines and budgets.
Must haves:
- Licensed Architect with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- 15+ years of experience in architecture, focusing on technical delivery.
- Expertise in BIM, Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
