A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SENIOR ARCHITECT / PROJECT MANAGER

As a key member of our architectural team, you will lead the design and management of architectural projects from concept through construction while supporting the firm's growth initiatives. You will manage project teams, schedules, and budgets to deliver high-quality, cost-effective solutions that meet client goals.

In this role, you will build strong client relationships, contribute to business development efforts, and help secure new work. Your leadership, organizational skills, and design expertise ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard of excellence.

Qualifications

• Master/BS/BA Architecture degree • 7+ years of experience • Registration required • Ability to lead, coordinate, and communicate with clients and project team members • Proven success in working with a team to pursue new projects • Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office required • Experience in leading the multi-disciplinary teams to accomplish architectural construction documents • Experience in design for a variety of buildings • Knowledge of estimating & specification writing
