Senior Project Controls Analyst

Pay Rate: $78.00 per hour

Location: Fresno, CA

Duration: 12 Months

Work Mode: Hybrid (1-2 days per week in office)

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with Project Manager to develop project schedule and cash flow/forecast plans
• Create, maintain, and update schedules and project documentation
• Prepare various cost reports and maintain forecast accuracy
• Identify cost and schedule variances and recommend corrective actions
• Provide regular communication on project cost, schedule, and risk status
• Verify project cost and schedule milestones
• Manage project closeout process
• Support management of project risks through proactive identification and mitigation strategies
• Assist Project Manager with procurement and contracting activities
• Prepare reports and dashboards for effective stakeholder communication
• Monitor, analyze, and report on the department’s forecasting performance

Requirements:

• Depth of project controls experience in cost, schedule, and forecasting
• Technical proficiency with project controls tools and analytics
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and business acumen

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with SAP/BW and other financial tracking tools
• Ability to manage low-complexity projects under mentorship
