  • Improve planning processes and collaborate with business intelligence teams to enhance reporting and data integration.

Project Execution Support

  • Assist execution teams with transitioning Level 1 pursuit schedules into standardized Level 3 EPC, engineering, and procurement schedules.
  • Support the preparation and facilitation of Interactive Project Planning Meetings (IPPM).
  • Perform schedule quality reviews, identify logic improvements, optimize sequencing, and evaluate schedule risks.
  • Mentor and train project schedulers on Primavera P6 best practices, schedule development, critical path analysis, and advanced scheduling techniques.
  • Promote consistency and scheduling standards across multiple projects.

Qualifications

  • 8-12 years of project planning and scheduling experience supporting heavy industrial EPC projects.
  • Strong background supporting power generation construction projects.
  • Previous field experience on power plant construction sites is highly preferred.
  • Experience with one or more of the following facility types:

  • Strong understanding of project scheduling logic, resource loading, forecasting, and cash flow planning.
  • Ability to work effectively with limited project definition while developing practical, executable schedules.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with engineering, construction, and project management teams.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.

Preferred Experience

  • Power Generation EPC project experience.
  • Construction field scheduling experience.
