Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Delivery Consultant to support the development and execution of sustainable infrastructure and energy improvement projects. This role combines technical expertise, business development, project planning, and client relationship management to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and support the successful delivery of complex building infrastructure projects.
The ideal candidate will possess strong experience with commercial building systems, project development, construction planning, and client-facing consulting. This individual will work closely with sales, engineering, contractors, and stakeholders to develop customized solutions that improve facility performance, energy efficiency, and operational outcomes.
Responsibilities
Project Development & Business Growth
Identify, evaluate, and develop infrastructure improvement opportunities for commercial, institutional, and industrial facilities.
Collaborate with clients to understand facility needs and recommend cost-effective solutions.
Support business development efforts through site assessments, project planning, and solution presentations.
Assist in developing project scopes, budgets, schedules, and implementation strategies.
Technical & Financial Analysis
Evaluate facility systems including HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, lighting, building envelope, renewable energy, and related infrastructure.
Develop conceptual and detailed project estimates.
Perform value engineering, constructability reviews, risk assessments, and cost optimization analyses.
Support financial planning, forecasting, and project profitability objectives.
Client & Stakeholder Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and industry partners.
Present project recommendations and business cases to executive leadership, facility management teams, boards, and other stakeholders.
Serve as a trusted advisor throughout project development and implementation phases.
Project Oversight
Support project execution teams during transition from project development to implementation.
Monitor project progress, schedule milestones, budget performance, and customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, contractual requirements, and applicable regulations.
Coordinate with internal and external project teams to support successful project outcomes.

Qualifications Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field (or equivalent industry experience).
10+ years of experience in project development, construction, engineering, energy services, or related industries.
Strong understanding of commercial building systems and infrastructure projects.
Experience with project budgeting, estimating, scheduling, and financial management.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Qualifications Preferred
Design-build project experience.
Experience with energy efficiency, sustainability, or infrastructure modernization projects.
Knowledge of renewable energy technologies and energy conservation measures.
Experience supporting business development and client acquisition efforts.
Familiarity with project management and scheduling software.
