Senior Project Engineer
Reporting to the Project Manager, the Senior Project Engineer will play a critical role in supporting the successful delivery of multifamily and mixed-use projects from preconstruction through closeout. Key responsibilities include:
- Lead the management of RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with ownership, design teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel to keep projects moving forward.
- Assist with project budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, procurement, and cost tracking.
- Support buyout processes and subcontractor management activities.
- Track project milestones and proactively identify potential risks or schedule impacts.
- Participate in OAC meetings and maintain clear communication with all project stakeholders.
- Work closely with Superintendents to ensure quality, safety, and schedule objectives are achieved.
- Mentor junior Project Engineers and assist in developing best practices across project teams.
- Support Project Managers in driving projects from preconstruction through final turnover.

For the Senior Project Engineer role, we are seeking:
- 3+ years of construction experience as a Project Engineer, Senior Project Engineer, or similar role.
- Experience supporting ground-up multifamily, mixed-use, podium, commercial, or large-scale construction projects.
- Strong understanding of project documentation, contract administration, scheduling, and cost controls.
- Experience managing RFIs, submittals, buyout support, procurement, and change orders.
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and related construction management software.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Construction Management, Engineering, or related degree preferred.
- Desire to grow into an Assistant Project Manager and future Project Manager role.
