Senior Project Engineer

You will support the Project Manager and Superintendent in coordinating all aspects of construction delivery, including RFIs, submittals, scheduling, and change management across complex healthcare, life science, and commercial projects.

Description

• Coordinate project schedules, resources, and budgets to meet project objectives.
• Assist in the preparation and review of project documentation, including contracts and construction plans.
• Oversee subcontractors and ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and report updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve any project-related issues or challenges.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on-site.
• Collaborate with the design and construction teams to achieve project goals.
• Maintain accurate records of project activities and financial expenditures.

Profile

A successful Senior Project Engineer should have:

• Strong knowledge of construction and project management principles.
• Experience in the property industry, specifically within construction projects.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
