We encourage our teams to connect on multiple levels and support each other's personal and professional growth.What you'll doLead and coordinate project design efforts.Apply engineering principles and judgment.Review and validate calculations, plans and reports.Identify and resolve discrepancies.Proactively address project challenges.Develop and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted technical advisor.Collaborate with project managers to meet schedules, budgets and quality standards.Guide and mentor junior engineers and technical staff, fostering professional growth.Represent the firm in client meetings and presentations.What it takesIdeally, you'll have a bachelor's or master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. If you have eight or more years of experience in civil design and project management, preferably at a professional consulting firm, we want to talk. A Professional Engineer (PE) license is required, or the ability to obtain reciprocity.
