You'll serve as the primary technical resource, reviewing complex engineering designs, performing structural analysis and pole loading calculations, and utilizing PLS-CADD and PLS-POLE to ensure project success. Throughout the day, you'll provide technical guidance to engineers and designers, mentor team members, address project challenges, and oversee project execution from concept through construction support. LicenseMinimum of 8 years of transmission and distribution (T&D) line design experienceProficiency with PLS-CADD and PLS-POLE softwareExperience designing overhead transmission and distribution line projectsWorking knowledge of utility design standards including NESC, RUS, IEEE, and ASCEAbility to work independently and manage multiple projects effectivelyReady to get started?
