    Job DescriptionBe involved in projects with our Florida Construction Management Team and be a part of a growing organization that meets our client's objectives and solves their challenges. WSP is currently initiating a search for a Senior Project Engineer in Central Florida. This role can sit out of the Altamonte Springs, Orlando, Lakeland, or Tampa office.This individual will support high-profile and alternative delivery transportation-market projects throughout Central Florida. This will require a seasoned leader capable of managing a large CEI team and complex transportation projects.Your ImpactParticipate as a member of the Consultant Construction Engineering and Inspection (CCEI) contract teamDirect a highly complex and specialized construction engineering administration and inspection project/programPlan and organize the work of subordinate and staff members; develop and/or review project specific policies, methods, practices, and proceduresReview programs for conformance with Client standardsIdentify and pursue future opportunitiesResponsible for developing and maintaining an excellent professional relationship with those organizations to facilitate the successful completion of current ongoing projects and the successful pursuit of follow-on assignmentsExercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct, and adhere to WSP's Code of Conduct and related policies and proceduresPerform additional responsibilities as required by business needsWho You AreRequired QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalentState of Florida Registered Professional Engineer12 years of Engineering experienceValid Driver's LicenseProven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP's health, safety and drug/alcohol and harassment policiesCertifications (must have or achieve within 3 months)CTQP Quality Control Manager (Pass Exam)FDOT Advanced MOTAbout WSPWSP USA is the U.S. operating company of WSP, one of the world's leading engineering and professional services firms.
