Senior Substation Project Engineering Manager

Job Summary:
- Serve as technical lead and project delivery owner for complex substation design projects
- Lead multi-discipline teams of engineers and technicians on large-scale substation and EPC programs
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and quality requirements across multiple disciplines
- Prepare complex engineering deliverables and research equipment/material recommendations
- Serve as responsible charge for assigned projects, establishing and managing project work plans
- Identify and respond to client interests and drivers on moderately complex to large projects
- Support business development, proposals, and pursuit activities
- Review and mentor junior engineering staff; support hiring and performance management for direct reports
