Build your future with a mission-driven senior living organization headquartered in Baltimore, working on high-impact Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) projects across the U.S. In this Senior Project Manager (Architecture) opportunity, you’ll help shape the architectural vision and design direction for new development and repositioning initiatives, ensuring brand alignment and resident-focused outcomes.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Architectural Project Manager position include:
- 5+ years of relevant experience (10 years preferred) with senior housing, multifamily, hospitality, or education project exposure
- Lead large-scale, multimillion-dollar projects, including renovations/repositioning from roughly $1M and new communities up to $50M
- Collaborate with corporate and community partners to develop cost-effective building programs aligned with established Master Plans and operational models
- Partner with the development team to develop and/or update Master Plans and Capital Plans for existing communities
- Work with the Design team to ensure design guidelines and brand standards are implemented for new development
- Engage with Interior Design and Engineering teams to support Life-Cycle Plans and renovation roadmaps
- Provide project guidance through drawing and specification review and meeting attendance to ensure conformance to Erickson brand
- Attend construction progress meetings, site visits, and mock-up unit reviews to maintain design conformance
Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, plus eligibility for annual bonus eligibility, commensurate with experience.
