Job Description
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
- 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager on projects exceeding $50 million in value.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Ensure strict adherence to company safety policies and procedures.
- Review, monitor, and coordinate the approval of shop drawings and submittals.
- Develop schedules of values and secure billing approvals from the architect or owner.
- Collaborate with the onsite Superintendent to ensure project compliance with contract requirements.
- Lead the companys Quality Control Program throughout the project.
- Prepare the project budget, manage change orders, and oversee adjustments to the cost control budget.
- Prepare and track all necessary reports and logs for the project.
- Organize and participate in project meetings and final walkthroughs.
- Supervise staff, set performance goals, provide feedback, and manage on-the-job training and development.
- Ensure regular attendance on the worksite.
- Perform additional duties as required.
