Lead Aviation Construction Project ManagerKnown for their commitment to safety, quality, innovation, and client service, they have established themselves as a leader in the aviation construction sector and continue to secure high-profile projects at some of the nation's busiest airports.Job DescriptionLead aviation construction projects ranging from $10M to $100M+ from preconstruction through closeout. Oversee project budgets, schedules, procurement, forecasting, and financial reporting. Manage project teams including Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Superintendents. Serve as the primary liaison for airport authorities, airlines, consultants, and ownership groups. Coordinate construction activities in active airport environments while maintaining operational continuity. Manage subcontractor relationships, buyout, contract administration, and change orders. Lead client meetings and provide executive-level project updates. Ensure compliance with all airport security, safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. Identify and mitigate project risks while driving schedule and budget performance. Prior experience managing aviation, airport, transportation, infrastructure, or other highly complex commercial projects. Experience with terminal renovations, concourse expansions, aircraft hangars, maintenance facilities, cargo buildings, or airside support facilities preferred. Strong knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, contract administration, and project controls. Proficiency with Procore, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar construction software. Exceptional leadership, communication, and client management skills.
