With decades of experience constructing OSHPD-regulated healthcare environments, higher education campuses, and complex public-sector projects, you can take the lead as our Construction Senior Project Manager.
This Senior Project Manager role sits at the center of the General Contracting division, partnering directly with executive leadership, operations, and field teams to deliver ground-up, tenant improvement, and multi-phase developments.

Your Role in the Build
Project Leadership and Execution
- Lead projects from preconstruction through construction, commissioning, and closeout
- Develop and manage project schedules, manpower plans, procurement strategies, and critical-path workflows
- Oversee contract administration, scope alignment, document control, RFIs, submittals, and change management
- Manage subcontractor onboarding, coordination, progress, and performance
- Run OAC meetings, trade coordination meetings, and internal project reviews
- Ensure drawings and specifications are followed and that field execution meets quality standards
Financial Management
- Build, manage, and update project budgets, forecasts, and cash flow
- Monitor job cost reports, productivity, and budget-to-actual performance
- Lead monthly financial reviews, billing cycles, and cost-to-complete analysis
- Review, negotiate, and approve subcontractor pay applications and change orders
Client and Stakeholder Relations
- Serve as the primary client point of contact
- Communicate proactively with owners, architects, consultants, inspectors, and internal leadership
- Maintain a solutions-first mindset that aligns with client goals while protecting company interests
Risk, Compliance, and Safety
- Uphold company safety standards and regulatory compliance
- Identify project risks early and implement proactive mitigation strategies
- Ensure accurate documentation of RFIs, submittals, QA/QC processes, and field activity
Team Development and Collaboration
- Mentor and develop Project Engineers, Assistant Project Managers, and Coordinators
- Encourage communication, alignment, and accountability across project teams
- Foster a collaborative, respectful, high-performance project culture
Your Tools for the Build
Experience
- 10+ years of progressive project management experience in commercial construction
- Proven success leading ground-up, tenant improvement, and/or complex multi-phase projects
- Strong financial, contractual, and scheduling expertise
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and operational discipline
