This Opportunity:
The role of the Senior Project Manager is to serve as an ambassador for Company and is responsible for the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome of multiple projects of various sizes. The Senior Project Manager leads, directs, and manages a team of project resources to deliver value and exceptional results to our clients. This position proactively develops the continuation of opportunities through fostering strong relationships and project delivery excellence.
Position Details:
Exempt Salaried position based upon experience; fixed weekly salary broken down hourly for invoicing purposes only
Contract with possible contract extension or hire
Standard site hours: Mon-Fri 7:00am-3:30pm (after hours and Saturdays if needed)
Location: Fully Onsite at a Client Site in New Albany, OH
Travel expectations - up to 15%

What You Bring to the Table:
AAS or BS in Construction Management or Construction Engineering. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree
Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in the construction industry in a management or leadership role. Experience overseeing and managing large structured cabling projects and/or data center construction projects highly preferred.
Extensive experience managing large scale multi-million-dollar project work across different construction vertical markets.
Experience managing the installation of mission critical infrastructure for data center new build and retrofit projects is highly preferred.
Experienced in managing all contracting and project delivery methods - lump sum / fixed price, cost plus, GMP, unit price / rate, design-build, time and material.
Working knowledge of
P6 Project Portfolio Management
Schedule Performance Index (SPI)
Cost Performance Index (CPI)
Network Audits
Experience managing construction teams of 50-100+ technicians on project sites.
Experience with industry leading manufacturer products and solutions.
Preferred professional certifications:
OSHA-30 Hour certification (if not certified at time of hire, certifications must be obtained within first six (6) months of employment)
BICSI Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD)
BICSI Registered Telecommunications Project Manager (RTPM)
PMI Project Management Professional (PMP)
Supervisory Responsibility: This position will have direct reports.
