Senior Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Scrum Master to support large-scale Capital Markets technology initiatives within a global financial services environment. This individual will partner with business and technology teams to drive strategic delivery across multiple workstreams supporting Fixed Income products and enterprise trading platforms.

The ideal candidate combines strong Agile delivery leadership with a solid understanding of Interest Rate Derivatives and front-to-back trade lifecycle processes. This role requires excellent communication skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to coordinate complex initiatives across cross-functional teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead Agile project delivery across multiple technology initiatives
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders
• Manage project schedules, risks, budgets, and dependencies
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies
• Partner with business and engineering teams
• Support enterprise transformation initiatives
• Drive successful project execution
• Communicate progress to leadership
