Job Description
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Ensure all projects are executed within the defined timeline and budget.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables.
- Manage contracts, procurement, and vendor relationships effectively.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor project teams to achieve desired outcomes.

The Successful Applicant
A successful senior project manager should have:
- 7+ years of project management experience in construction
- Background in K-12, higher education, civic, or athletic projects
- Proven ability to lead projects ranging from $1M-$40M
- Strong leadership and mentoring experience with junior team members
- Experience with design-build, CMAR, or collaborative delivery preferred
