️ 8+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects for a General Contractor
️ Proven success leading multiple projects from preconstruction through closeout
️ Strong experience with budgeting, estimating, scheduling, contract administration, and cost control
️ Ability to lead and mentor Project Managers, Project Engineers, and project teams
️ Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills with owners, architects, subcontractors, and vendors
️ Self-motivated professional with a track record of delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget
