As the Senior Project Manager, you will oversee the successful execution of multiple civil construction projects and serve as a key leader within the operations team.

• Lead all phases of civil construction projects from planning through completion
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and resources to achieve project objectives
• Drive cost control, forecasting, and financial performance throughout the project lifecycle
• Establish and maintain quality standards, ensuring successful project delivery and client satisfaction
• Lead, mentor, and develop project teams, fostering accountability and high performance
• Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks while proactively resolving challenges
• Manage subcontractors, procurement activities, contracts, and stakeholder relationships to ensure successful project outcomes

For the Senior Project Manager - Civil Construction we are seeking:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred
• Proven experience managing heavy civil, site development, infrastructure, roadway, utility, earthwork, or related civil construction projects
• Demonstrated success delivering projects on schedule and within budget
• Strong knowledge of project controls, contract administration, procurement, and risk management
• Experience managing project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and client relationships
• Strong financial acumen, including forecasting, budgeting, and cost management
• Exceptional communication, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with construction management and project scheduling software
