This role requires a leader who thrives in a collaborative environment, proactively engages with teams across multiple Psomas offices and time zones, and effectively aligns resources to meet project and client needs. Our Illinois team is experiencing strong growth, supported by a robust backlog of local work, and we are seeking a motivated leader to help sustain and accelerate that momentum. This position offers the opportunity to leverage a diverse pipeline of projects while partnering with engineering teams and service groups across the firm -driving innovation, strengthening cross-office collaboration, and delivering impactful, community-focused projects.
