Job TitleProject ManagerJob DescriptionManage multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously. Lead projects through preconstruction, procurement, construction, and closeout. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasting. Oversee subcontractor selection, contract administration, and performance. Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, and field leadership. Identify and proactively manage project risks and opportunities. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements. Mentor and develop project engineers and assistant project managers. Prepare and present project updates to executive leadership and clients. Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, contract management, and project controls. Experience leading cross-functional project teams. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office.
