Description
- Managing the overall delivery of industrial and commercial construction projects.
- Leading projects from preconstruction, estimating, and procurement through completion.
- Developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
- Managing subcontractor procurement, contracts, change orders, and performance.
- Reviewing plans, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
- Coordinating with owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and trade partners.
- Identifying and mitigating project risks and resolving construction issues.
- Leading project meetings and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Monitoring project costs, billing, forecasting, and financial performance.
- Ensuring projects meet quality, safety, schedule, and contractual requirements.
- Mentoring and supporting Project Managers, Project Engineers, and other team members.
Profile
- Proven experience delivering industrial construction projects.
- Experience managing projects from preconstruction through completion.
- Strong understanding of construction contracts, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
- Experience managing subcontractors and multiple project stakeholders.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining project performance.
- Proficiency with construction management software and standard project management tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
