Strong technical communication skills with demonstrated leadership across engineering, AI/ML, and business teams.
Experience delivering AI/ML or data heavy platforms, preferably in healthcare or regulated environments. Familiarity with Azure, APIs, compliance/audit processes, and scaling solutions to multiple external clients. Healthcare, payer, or clinical decision support domain experience is strongly preferred.

Nice to Have Skills:
Lead end to end delivery of AI programs for CAVA OI Commercial, ensuring on time, on budget execution
Drive alignment across engineering, data science, product, clinical, and business teams
Manage dependencies, risks, and delivery milestones across a large 2026 roadmap (200+ guidelines)
Provide clear executive level status, metrics, and risk reporting to Optum AI and OI leadership
Ensure compliance with data restrictions, governance, and enterprise delivery standards

Technical Program Manager with 5+ years leading complex, cross functional technical programs. Strong technical communication skills with demonstrated leadership across engineering, AI/ML, and business teams.

" Experience delivering AI/ML or data heavy platforms, preferably in healthcare or regulated environments. Familiarity with Azure, APIs, compliance/audit processes, and scaling solutions to multiple external clients.
