Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of the project lifecycle, from preconstruction planning through final turnover
  • Develop and manage project budgets, buyouts, forecasting, and cost controls to ensure financial success
  • Build and maintain detailed project schedules while coordinating internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders
  • Oversee RFIs, submittals, procurement, change orders, project reporting, and other critical documentation
  • Collaborate closely with field leadership to support jobsite safety, quality, logistics, and project sequencing
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and design teams, leading OAC meetings and fostering long-term partnerships
  • Identify project risks early and implement strategic solutions to keep projects on schedule and within budget
  • Lead project closeout activities, including punch lists, commissioning support, and turnover documentation

Profile

You Must Have:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager on commercial construction projects
  • Diverse project experience including ground-up construction, renovations, occupied facilities, or campus environments
  • Strong expertise in budgeting, scheduling, procurement, cost control, and contract administration
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with clients, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and field teams
  • Experience coordinating complex scopes, including MEP/FP systems and phased construction
  • Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction management software
  • Highly organized, proactive, and solutions-focused with excellent leadership abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent industry experience
