Senior Project Manager

ITS is seeking a Senior Project Manager to support procurement compliance for projects funded by federal and state grants and loans. This role will help ensure procurement activities meet all applicable funding and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead procurement compliance activities for grant- and loan-funded projects.
• Ensure projects follow applicable federal and state requirements.
• Develop and maintain compliance procedures, templates, and processes.
• Work with Procurement, Legal, Engineering, Operations, and other teams.
• Monitor compliance risks and help develop solutions.
• Support audits, reviews, and project readiness assessments.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and compliance updates for leadership.
• Provide training and guidance on procurement compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field with 5+ years of relevant experience; OR an Associate’s degree with 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Project management, construction, engineering, project controls, estimating, or related experience.
• At least 2 years of Project Manager experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of project management, risk management, cost control, contracts, and reporting.
• PMP certification preferred.
