The Waldinger Corporation is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager - Construction to join our New Albany team. This senior-level role is perfect for a seasoned professional who excels at managing large, complex projects while mentoring the next generation of construction leaders.
 
What You'll Do
  • Lead Complex Projects: Coordinate team members and resources for large-scale, complex projects from initiation through closeout
  • Facilitate Strategic Planning: Lead project meetings with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to establish goals and drive successful outcomes
  • Own Project Excellence: Take full accountability for project performance including safety, quality, financial results, and client satisfaction
  • Master Financial Management: Oversee budgets across multiple concurrent projects, strategically allocate resources, mitigate risks, and maximize revenue generation
  • Mentor & Develop Talent: Support new team members through their training and onboarding by sharing knowledge, best practices, and insights; communicate training needs to leadership
What You Bring
  • 5-7 years of project engineering or management experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in a STEM field or related area
  • Proven ability to manage large, complex construction projects
  • Strong technical expertise and exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
