Senior Project Manager - Commercial Construction

Job Description

• Lead ground‑up commercial projects ranging from $10M - $80M
• Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution from start to finish
• Manage subcontractors, design partners, and internal project teams
• Maintain strict adherence to quality, safety, and compliance requirements
• Support business development activities, including client engagement and pursuits
• Contribute to proposals, presentations, and preconstruction strategy
• Build and maintain strong relationships with owners and key stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

• 5+ years of experience as a Senior Project Manager delivering complex commercial projects
• Proven ability to lead large project teams and manage multiple phases simultaneously
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision‑making skills
• Ability to support business development and contribute to long‑term client partnerships
• High level of organization and commitment to driving successful outcomes
