Senior Project ManagerA highly respected commercial contractor with decades of success is expanding due to significant project demand and continued growth. Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractor coordination, and client communications. Prepare change orders, project documentation, and progress reporting. Conduct regular site visits and partner closely with Superintendents to ensure successful execution. Support preconstruction activities, proposals, planning, and project strategy.A successful Senior Project Manager should have: 5+ years of Project Management experience in commercial construction. Proven experience managing ground-up commercial projects. Ability to thrive in fast-paced projects with compressed schedules. Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills. Stable career history with a commitment to long-term growth.Salary: $100,000-$150,000 + performance incentives 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage plus profit sharing.
