Requirements Commercial Senior Project Manager - Key Responsibilities: Provide overall project leadership while fostering a strong culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence across all phases of commercial construction projects. Lead the bidding process, develop bid packages, and manage subcontractor procurement to ensure alignment with project scope, budget, and schedule objectives. Facilitate and manage subcontractor and project team meetings, driving collaboration, issue resolution, and successful execution of project milestones. Review invoices, pay applications, and project documentation to support accurate financial tracking and timely project funding. Oversee cost reporting, contract administration, change orders, and scope management to maintain the financial performance and profitability of each project.
