Commercial Senior Project Manager - Key Responsibilities:

• Provide overall project leadership while fostering a strong culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence across all phases of commercial construction projects.
• Lead the bidding process, develop bid packages, and manage subcontractor procurement to ensure alignment with project scope, budget, and schedule objectives.
• Facilitate and manage subcontractor and project team meetings, driving collaboration, issue resolution, and successful execution of project milestones.
• Review invoices, pay applications, and project documentation to support accurate financial tracking and timely project funding.
• Oversee cost reporting, contract administration, change orders, and scope management to maintain the financial performance and profitability of each project.
• Serve as the primary representative of the General Contractor during subcontract negotiations, building strong trade partner relationships while securing favorable contract terms.

Commercial Senior Project Manager - Successful Candidate Profile:

• 5+ years of experience in Construction Project Management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Experience managing a variety of commercial construction projects, including office, retail, mixed-use, industrial, institutional, or other complex commercial developments.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, building systems, project management software, and the coordination of multiple skilled trades.
• Ability to review, interpret, and manage all construction documents, including drawings, specifications, contracts, schedules, and submittals.
• Demonstrated experience managing project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships while maintaining project profitability.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal project teams.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying risks, resolving challenges, and driving projects to successful completion.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.

The Commercial Senior Project Manager will be offered:

• Base salary: $130,000-$160,000
• Bonus: $12,500-$20,000 annually (project/profit-based).
