Description
- Manage all aspects of commercial construction projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
- Oversee on-site construction activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor project teams to ensure high performance and professional development.
- Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth operations.
