Job DetailsSummary of Responsibilities
- Lead multiple construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Manage project financials, budgets, forecasts, and cost controls
- Develop and maintain schedules to ensure timely project delivery
- Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Oversee contract administration, change orders, and procurement activities
- Mentor Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and Project Engineers
- Conduct project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining quality and safety standards
- Drive successful project execution while preserving strong client relationships
Desired Qualifications
- 10+ years of commercial construction project management experience
- Proven success managing projects valued at $10M+ from start to finish
- Experience with ground-up and renovation projects
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, subcontract management, and contract administration
- Excellent client-facing communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Stable work history with reputable general contractors or construction management firms
