Senior Commercial Construction Project Manager
The Senior Commercial Construction Project Manager will report into senior leadership and take full accountability for project performance, including:
- Leading all phases of project delivery, from preconstruction through execution and closeout
- Acting as the primary client interface, building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
- Driving project strategy, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk mitigation
- Overseeing project financials, including cost control, forecasting, and change management
- Managing internal teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
- Ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards within a highly controlled environment
- Mentoring and developing Project Managers and junior staff, contributing to overall team growth

For the Senior Commercial Construction Project Manager we are seeking:
- Proven experience leading large-scale commercial construction projects end-to-end
- Strong background in ground-up construction and complex project environments
- Experience delivering laboratory, healthcare, mission-critical, or similarly technical facilities preferred
- Demonstrated leadership managing multiple stakeholders and project teams
- Expertise in budgeting, scheduling, cost control, and project execution strategy
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
