Senior Project Manager
The Senior Project Manager will report to senior operational leadership and oversee the successful delivery of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This leadership role offers the opportunity to drive project performance while mentoring and developing project teams.
- Lead multiple commercial construction projects through planning, procurement, construction, and project closeout.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, forecasting, and profitability to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Collaborate closely with field operations teams to deliver projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.
- Identify project risks and implement proactive solutions to mitigate challenges and maintain performance.
- Mentor Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers while contributing to team development initiatives.
- Support business development efforts through client engagement, industry networking, and participation in project interviews.

For the Senior Project Manager we are seeking:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred.
- Minimum 10+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
- Proven track record managing projects over $20M within the commercial and industrial sector
- Experience delivering ground-up and renovation commercial projects across sectors such as healthcare, education, industrial, municipal, corporate, or mixed-use developments.
- Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring project teams and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management software platforms.
- Experience with project scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
- Strong understanding of construction safety practices and risk management.
- Ability to travel periodically to support project and client requirements.
