Senior Project Manager - Commercial - Portsmouth, NH

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee 2-3 commercial construction projects simultaneously, ranging from $1M to $15M in value. This role is responsible for full life cycle project management from estimator handoff through project completion across New Hampshire, Southern Maine, and Northern Massachusetts.

Description

• Manage multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously, typically valued between $1M and $15M.
• Lead projects through the full project lifecycle from preconstruction handoff to closeout.
• Coordinate project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution activities.
• Communicate with owners, subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Monitor project costs, schedules, quality standards, and risk mitigation efforts.
• Oversee contract administration, change orders, project documentation, and reporting.
• Utilize Procore and Microsoft Office to manage project information and communication.
• Conduct site visits and support project teams throughout New Hampshire, Southern Maine, and Northern Massachusetts.
• Collaborate closely with leadership and field teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.

Profile

A Successful Senior Project Manager should have:

• 10+ years of construction management experience.
• Proven experience managing commercial construction projects valued up to $15M.
• Strong background in ground-up commercial construction projects.
• Experience overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication, organization, and client management skills.
• Ability to travel to project sites throughout the regional territory.
• Must be able to work on-site; no hybrid or remote option available.
• Ideally located within 45 minutes of Portsmouth, NH.
