The principle duties and responsibilities of the Senior Project Manager consist of, but are not limited to, the following:

EDUCATION: High school graduate required, college degree in Construction, Engineering or Business preferred.
EXPERIENCE: Required 7-10 years experience in the construction industry at Project Superintendent level or higher.
SKILLS: Proven leadership skills and financial ability. Ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors and employees. Knowledge of construction materials, means and methods.
PHYSICAL: Includes sitting, standing, reaching, walking and use of hands, arms, legs, and feet. Must be able to see and hear (with mechanical assistance if necessary) sufficient to understand and comprehend individual one-on-one conversations. Must be able to lift 50 pounds. Must be able to climb scaffolding to take pictures, review conditions, progress, etc.
MENTAL: Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently. Must have basic mathematics skills and working knowledge of PC computer programs. Aptitude for learning new things. Must be able to work under pressure.
