About the Role
As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee all phases of project execution from preconstruction through closeout. You will serve as a key leader responsible for project performance, client relationships, team development, financial oversight, and operational success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all phases of project execution from preconstruction through project closeout.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, partners, and project stakeholders.
- Manage project financials including budgets, forecasting, cost controls, and change orders.
- Drive project schedules, milestones, and operational performance to ensure successful project delivery.
- Partner with Safety leadership to maintain and promote a strong safety culture.
- Coordinate staffing, subcontractors, equipment, and field operations.
- Mentor and develop Project Engineers and project team members.
- Collaborate with Estimating, Accounting, and Operations teams to support overall project success.
Preferred Qualifications
- 10+ years of construction project management experience.
- Experience managing self-perform structural concrete projects preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills.
- Proven success managing complex construction projects and client relationships.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and project controls.
- Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
