A bit about us:

We are a well‑established Chicagoland General Contractor delivering ground‑up and complex renovation projects throughout Chicago and the surrounding suburbs. Our work spans commercial, industrial, healthcare, education, and mixed‑use markets, with a strong base of repeat clients who value consistency, transparency, and execution.

Our Senior Project Managers are trusted leaders—supported by experienced Superintendents, APMs, and Project Engineers—and given the authority to run their work without unnecessary bureaucracy. We focus on long‑term relationships, well‑planned projects, and building careers, not just filling roles.

Why join us?
  • True senior‑level authority: Own budget, contracts, schedule, and client relationships end‑to‑end
  • Strong field support: Partner with seasoned Superintendents who know how to run work
  • Well‑planned projects: Realistic schedules, solid preconstruction, and organized handoffs
  • Leadership that understands construction: Decisions made by builders, not spreadsheets
  • Long‑term stability: Strong backlog, repeat clients, and consistent pipeline
  • Competitive compensation: Senior‑level salary, performance bonuses, and full benefits
