Senior Project ManagerLead multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously. Manage project budgets, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies. Build and maintain strong client, architect, and subcontractor relationships. Oversee contract administration, change orders, and project forecasting. Mentor and develop Project Managers, Project Engineers, and support staff. Coordinate preconstruction efforts and project execution plans. Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives. Participate in executive-level project reviews and strategic planning.The ideal candidate will have: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. 10+ years of commercial construction project management experience. Proven success managing projects valued at $20M+. Strong leadership and team development skills. Exceptional communication and client-facing abilities. Expertise in budgeting, scheduling, and contract management. Experience with project management software and construction technology. Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
