Owner's Senior Project ManagerThe Owner's Senior Project Manager will be responsible for:Leading projects end-to-end, from preconstruction advisory through closeoutActing as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service and deliveryOverseeing budgets, schedules, and project performance using internal tracking tools and dashboardsManaging and coordinating architects, contractors, and consultants throughout the project lifecycleProviding strategic guidance and owner's representation to protect client interestsSupporting and mentoring junior project managers and team membersContributing to business development efforts and help generate new client opportunitiesEnsuring compliance with all project requirements, standards, and timelinesMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
