Senior Project Manager

Pay Range: $60 - $65/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple software/hardware and ERP projects, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across a multi-disciplinary team.
• Organize and facilitate project status updates, presentations, and financial reporting while managing risks and project scope.
• Conduct weekly status reviews and maintain project governance through regular meetings and reports.
• Work closely with cybersecurity management to uphold project objectives and deliver on budget with desired outcomes.
• Develop detailed project plans and schedules to track progress, utilizing Microsoft Project for effective management.
• Engage with stakeholders and vendors to ensure alignment with project deliverables and timelines.
• Promote good project management practices within the team and foster strong relationships among all stakeholders.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• 5-7 years of experience managing multiple software/hardware and/or ERP projects.
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Project (intermediate to advanced).
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to identify and document issues, risks, and problems effectively.
• Nice to have:
• Experience in the energy sector.
• Background in Information Technology environments, particularly in Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and/or GRC teams.
• Master's Degree.
