Job Title: Senior Construction Project Manager
Location: Danville, IN (Hybrid)

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects ranging from $1M to $10M+. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who wants to make a significant impact within the organization and be recognized and rewarded for their contributions.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage projects from initial planning through substantial completion.
  • Develop and implement best practices, processes, systems, and standards.
  • Oversee and manage relationships with architects, superintendents, owners, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Ensure projects are delivered according to specifications, budget, and timelines.
  • Collaborate with leadership to support long-term business strategies and goals.
  • Provide overall administrative and technical direction across multiple construction projects.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Secure all required permits for projects.
  • Handle project closeout, including warranties, manuals, as-built drawings, and punch list completion.
  • Establish and enforce jobsite policies, including safety, OSHA compliance, and documentation requirements.
  • Take a proactive approach to resolving productivity challenges and ensuring timely project completion.
  • Lead regular progress meetings with stakeholders to maintain alignment on budget and schedule.
  • Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously while coordinating various teams and activities.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership with a results-driven mindset, especially in challenging situations.
