Senior Project Manager - Data Center Construction

The Senior Project Manager will report into senior operational leadership and be responsible for the successful execution and financial performance of a major data center construction project.

• Lead all phases of project delivery from mobilization through final closeout.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, manpower planning, forecasting, and profitability.
• Provide leadership to Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Superintendents, and field teams.
• Oversee subcontractor procurement, contract negotiations, and scope management.
• Drive risk identification and mitigation to protect schedule and budget performance.
• Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships through proactive communication and accountability.
• Mentor project management staff while supporting operational planning and resource allocation

For the Senior Project Manager - Data Center Construction we are seeking:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred.
• 10+ years of experience managing large-scale commercial, industrial, or mission-critical construction projects.
• Data center experience strongly preferred.
• Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, cost control, scheduling, and contract administration.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and subcontractors.
• Experience managing client relationships and developing high-performing project teams.
• Proficiency with construction management platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Strong commitment to safety and operational excellence
