Ideal Candidate Profile:
- At least 5 years of experience managing mission-critical data center projects.
- Proven ability to lead technical, large-scale projects with excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage project schedules.
- Oversee contract administration, including terms, documents, subcontracts, and purchase orders.
- Complete monthly status reports, owner billings, and financial risk assessments.
- Ensure project safety, schedule adherence, profitability, and client satisfaction.
- Assist with preconstruction planning and manage the buy-out process.
- Address constructability issues and ensure seamless project design execution.
- Understand and manage contract terms, budgets, insurances, bonds, and change orders.
