They are known for executing technically complex work, maintaining long-term client relationships, and delivering high-quality projects in regulated environments.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities for the Senior Project Manager:Manage multiple design/build projects simultaneously, overseeing schedules, budgets, quality, and safetyLead projects from preconstruction and engineering coordination through ground-up construction and turnoverProvide strong leadership to project teams, including project managers, superintendents, engineers, and subcontractorsCoordinate closely with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) trades to ensure constructability and complianceDrive project planning, procurement, subcontractor buyout, and change managementInterface directly with owners, design partners, and internal leadership to ensure client satisfactionEnsure projects meet all regulatory, quality, and safety requirements, particularly in pharmaceutical environmentsMentor junior staff and contribute to continuous improvement of project execution processesMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
