Excellent compensation, benefits, work-life balance.About Our ClientOur client is a well-established design/build general contractor specializing in pharmaceutical and commercial construction projects. They are known for executing technically complex work, maintaining long-term client relationships, and delivering high-quality projects in regulated environments.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities for the Senior Project Manager:Manage multiple design/build projects simultaneously, overseeing schedules, budgets, quality, and safetyLead projects from preconstruction and engineering coordination through ground-up construction and turnoverProvide strong leadership to project teams, including project managers, superintendents, engineers, and subcontractorsCoordinate closely with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) trades to ensure constructability and complianceDrive project planning, procurement, subcontractor buyout, and change managementInterface directly with owners, design partners, and internal leadership to ensure client satisfactionEnsure projects meet all regulatory, quality, and safety requirements, particularly in pharmaceutical environmentsMentor junior staff and contribute to continuous improvement of project execution processesMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.The Successful ApplicantThe Successful Candidate:Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline required)15+ years of construction project management experience with a general contractorHeavy mechanical and electrical background with proven experience on complex MEP-driven projectsExperience working for a design/build general contractor is strongly preferredGround-up construction experience requiredDemonstrated ability to manage more than one project at a timeStable career history with 3+ years at each previous employer (no job hoppers)Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsExperience in pharmaceutical or highly regulated commercial environments preferredWhat's on OfferWhat's on Offer:Competitive base salary up to $160,000, depending on experienceOpportunity to lead complex, high-profile pharmaceutical and commercial projectsLong-term career growth with a stable, well-respected contractorCollaborative leadership team and strong internal supportExposure to technically challenging, MEP-intensive projects that reward expertise
