Project ManagerMy client is a design build general contractor averaging $450M+ in annual revenue with projects spread across multiple sectors (senior living, multifamily, government, hospitality, healthcare, education, etc.). They are looking to grow to about $650M in the next 5 years with growth plans implemented to achieve this. They are located in the Kansas City area and have a solid backlog of work for 2026. They pride themselves on developing their team and having long-tenured employees who enjoy coming into work every day. Due to their growth, they are looking to add more team members to their project management department.Job DescriptionPartner with clients from preconstruction phase through closeout.Manage projects ranging from $2M - $60M+ in value.Assist estimating team with estimating and change orders.Assist Senior PM lead project meetings- bid proposals, update meetings, and closeouts.Delegate tasks and duties as needed to ensure project delivery and deadlines.Create budgets and schedules based on cost estimates and material overhead.Travel as necessary to job sites.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
