Senior Project Manager – Design & Construction (Data Centers)<\/span>
<\/h1>

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the planning, design, and construction delivery of large -scale data center projects. This role will be responsible for managing projects from early design development through construction, commissioning, and client handover, ensuring successful delivery of highly complex mission -critical facilities.<\/span>
<\/p>

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data center, mission -critical, industrial, or large -scale commercial construction and possess the leadership skills necessary to manage multidisciplinary teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.<\/span>

Responsibilities<\/span>
<\/h2>
  • Lead the delivery of data center projects from concept and design through construction, commissioning, and closeout<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, procurement strategies, risk management, and overall project execution<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and commissioning teams throughout all project phases<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Oversee design development and ensure alignment between design intent, constructability, budget, and schedule objectives<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Manage project reporting, executive updates, stakeholder communications, and client relationships<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Review and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, contract administration, and project controls<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Support site selection, preconstruction planning, value engineering, and project procurement activities<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Drive project safety, quality, and operational excellence throughout the construction process<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Lead issue resolution and decision -making across multiple project disciplines including civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, controls, security, and network infrastructure<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Coordinate commissioning and turnover activities to ensure successful facility startup and operational readiness<\/span>

    Qualifications<\/span>
    <\/h2>
    • 10+ years of experience managing large -scale construction projects<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Experience delivering mission -critical, data center, advanced manufacturing, healthcare, industrial, or other technically complex facilities<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Strong understanding of design management, construction management, project controls, and commissioning processes<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Proven experience managing large project budgets and multidisciplinary project teams<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Strong knowledge of MEP systems, power infrastructure, cooling systems, controls, and critical facility requirements<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Experience with contract management, procurement, scheduling, and financial reporting<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast -paced project environment<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred<\/span>

      Candidates may come from data center developers, owners' representative firms, EPC contractors, mission -critical general contractors, engineering firms, or large commercial construction organizations.<\/span>

      Experience delivering projects for hyperscale, colocation, enterprise, or mission -critical clients is highly desirable.<\/span>
