Position Summary

The Senior Project Manager, Engineering plays a critical role in delivering safe, compliant, and value-creating capital projects that support Nestlé's manufacturing operations.This role is responsible for the end-to-end leadership of complex, high-value capital projects, extending from early conceptual studies through execution, commissioning, and project close-out. The role provides technical leadership, project governance, and stakeholder alignment while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with Nestlé standards and regulatory requirements. What Will Make You Successful Education & Experience
Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Mechanical, Automation, or related discipline.• Professional Engineer (P.Eng) or Engineer-in-Training (EIT) designation strongly preferred.• 8+ years of progressive engineering and project management experience in food, confectionery, ice cream, pharmaceutical, or regulated manufacturing environments.• Demonstrated success delivering complex, brownfield capital projects in live manufacturing operations.• Experience leading electrical, automation, packaging, processing, utilities, and building construction projects. Technical & Professional Expertise
Strong knowledge of electrical and controls systems, including single line diagrams, PLC architectures, HMI systems, P&IDs, controls networks, and digital manufacturing infrastructure.• Hands-on experience with Factory Automation Systems (FAS), Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), PLCs, HMIs, motion control, and industrial robotics.• Working knowledge of utilities systems such as refrigeration, compressed air, boilers, and natural gas systems.• Proficiency with engineering and project tools including MS Project, AutoCAD, SAP (procurement and project transactions), and MS Office applications.• Solid understanding of project accounting, depreciation, capital expenditure tracking, and project close-out. Benefits
Compensation Range: $98,000 - $115,000 CAD + Bonus eligibility
